Options

Processor p10
This machine is placed before the printer and is designed to efficiently and accurately punch tractor feed holes in unprocessed paper.

Processor p20
This machine is placed before the printer and creates fanfold perforations across the web in fixed intervals in common form lengths. In addition, the Processor p20 is configured to punch standard tractor feed holes.

Processor p25
This machine is placed before the printer and creates fanfold perforations across the web in programmable intervals from 5" to 20". The Processor p25 is also configured to punch standard tractor feed holes.

Processor p30
This machine is installed after the printer and creates dynamic perforations. By reading a mark on the web, perforations can be added to only the required pages. For 1-up or 2-up applications, cross perforations can extend across the full web width, half-width or partial widths. Dynamic vertical perfs in programmable lengths are an optional feature for the Processor p30 to create “coupon” tear outs.

Many other punching, perforating and die cutting functions are possible with the Atlantic series Web Processors. Contact Lasermax Roll Systems to configure according to your application requirements.
