With training facilities in Europe (Ljungby, Sweden) and the United States (Boston, MA), Lasermax Roll Systems is devoted to ensuring all our products are properly supported in the field. High quality factory training for printer vendors provides them with the latest available information. Training classes are continually monitored for quality and approved by these organizations.
For dealers and self-maintenance organizations, a 24 hour hot-line is available 365 days a year for resolution of technical problems that cannot be solved by first and second level support systems. Machine down situations receive priority attention. Software and manuals are also available in various languages, and service information can be downloaded with an access code to our server, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Highly experienced technical support engineers, state-of-the-art documentation, and regional spares stocking with “next flight” emergency shipment are available to support customers, partners, and channels worldwide.
